SPECIAL LOAN

- Loan Amount Upto Rs.20,00,000/-
- Rate of Interest - 7.5 %
- No. of Instalments - 100
- Eligibility: Member has to complete 38 months as a member of the society
Ordinary Loan

- Loan Amount Rs.2,00,000/-
- Rate of Interest - 7.5 %
- No. of Instalments - 25
- Eligibility: Member has to complete 12 months as a member of the society
SHORT LOAN
​
- Loan Amount Rs.1,00,000/-
- Rate of Interest - 7.5 %
- No. of Instalments - 20
- Eligibility: Member has to complete 6 months as a member of the society

Special Loan
Eligibility:
​
1. The member should have completed 3 years as a member of the society.
2. Recurring Deposit amount in the members' account should be 25% of the loan amount.
3. Share amount should be 10% of the loan amount.
If All The Above CONDITIONS FULFILLED, Then MEMBER Can AVAIL MAXIMUM OF 38 Times of the BASIC PAY or Rs.18,00,000 whichever is less.(Rs.2,00,000/- more available for purchase of site or flat or repayment of loan etc.)
REPAYAMENT:
The member has to repay the loan amount in 100 instalments
