The Membership Application and Specimen Signature Card can be downloaded from below  to become a member with payment of Rs.2200/- i.e Recurring Deposit of Rs.1000/- (interest will carry at 8 percent per annum), Share Amount of Rs.1000/- and other charges of Rs.200/- required to be paid.

          The mode of payment can be made by  DD / Cheque / Net Banking (Screen Shot of payment details to be enclosed) drawn in favour of "The Karnataka Income Tax Department Credit Co-operative Society Limited".  Cash payment also can be paid at the Society Office.
